What should I expect from a remedial massage session

Massage sessions are always catered to you. Typically, especially if this is your first session in the clinic, we will get some background on your health conditions, medications and injury history. This is made easier if this information is filled out before hand when booking online. After this you can tell me what you want to do for your massage treatment. 
This can include:
 • Soft tissue relaxation Massage
 • Sports Massage
 • Remedial injury rehab Massage
 • Deep Tissue Massage
 • Relaxation/Nervous System reset Massage

Things I should know before my appointment?

For the hygiene of both yourself and the clinician, please make sure to shower or be relatively clean before treatment. There are showers available in the gym for those who are a member of the gym.
Please make sure to wear underwear at all times. We are professionals when it comes to draping so that you feel secure - especially when working around sensitive areas.
It is ok to talk to us during treatment. However, probably doesn't make a lot of sense to do it during a relaxation massage.
