Things I should know before my appointment? For the hygiene of both yourself and the clinician, please make sure to shower or be relatively clean before treatment. There are showers available in the gym for those who are a member of the gym. Please make sure to wear underwear at all times. We are professionals when it comes to draping so that you feel secure - especially when working around sensitive areas. It is ok to talk to us during treatment. However, probably doesn't make a lot of sense to do it during a relaxation massage.
